Read these terms carefully before joining the 09be platform. Using the platform means you fully accept all of these rules.
Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 09be online gaming platform and its users. By creating an account or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.
09be is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. Our goal is to maintain a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. Each clause below has been set out to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and the protection of its users.
Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and take part in any gaming activity on the 09be platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. If a minor registers, their account will be cancelled immediately and any related transactions will be voided.
1.2 One Account Rule
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, all related accounts will be cancelled and funds held in them may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts from the same device or network, they must contact our support team first.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created with incorrect or false information, the account may be suspended until the necessary verification is completed. Any changes to your details must be reported to our support team immediately.
1.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are supported on the 09be platform:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳500.
2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if verification is pending or unusual activity is detected.
2.4 Withdrawal via Same Method
For security reasons, withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw through a different method for any reason, please contact our support team.
2.5 Account Verification
Before processing large withdrawals, 09be may request documents to verify your identity. This is a standard step to ensure financial security.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts or manipulation), the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
- 09be reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
3.4 VIP Program
The 09be VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, weekly cashback and other benefits increase. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to VIP terms.
Gaming Rules & Restrictions
4.1 Fair Play Policy
09be ensures fair play across all games. All games operated on our platform are provided by verified software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any type of software, bot, script, or automated method.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion — multiple players planning together to harm other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
4.3 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed on screen during gameplay. 09be reserves the right to change bet limits when necessary.
4.4 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical error, 09be will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on saved game logs. Payouts or bonus funds that are clearly displayed in error may be cancelled.
Sports Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
09be offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a match or event is cancelled or rescheduled significantly from its original time, the bets on it will generally be cancelled and the original stake returned. However, rules may vary depending on the specific circumstances.
5.3 Market Suspension
09be reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time before or during an event. In cases of suspicious activity or irregular bets, payment may be held until an investigation is completed.
5.4 Maximum Winnings Limit
A maximum winnings limit applies to each bet placed on sports betting. This limit is shown at the time the bet is placed. Winnings beyond this limit will not be paid out.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
6.1 Closure at User's Request
Any member may close their account by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed (excluding bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met).
6.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 09be
09be reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Fraud, theft, or any other unlawful activity.
- Using a third party's payment method.
If an account is cancelled due to a breach of the Terms, bonuses and any winnings earned from those bonuses will be forfeited.
6.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be considered inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. Please contact our team regarding this matter.
